1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Numlix.io and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Numlix.io ("Platform", "we", "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform.

2. Service description

Numlix.io is an online platform that enables the purchase of temporary virtual phone numbers to receive SMS verification codes (OTPs) for third-party services and applications.

2.1 What we provide

• Virtual phone numbers from 180+ countries
• Real-time SMS (OTP) code reception
• An electronic wallet system for top-ups
• A personal dashboard to manage your purchases and numbers
• Automatic refund if no code is received within the time limit

2.2 What we do NOT provide

• Incoming or outgoing phone calls
• Permanent or long-term phone numbers
• Two-way SMS messaging services
• Guaranteed availability for specific countries or services at all times

3. Eligibility and registration

To use Numlix.io, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete information at registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account
• Be responsible for all activities conducted from your account

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Numlix.io will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

4.1 Permitted uses

You may use Numlix.io for legitimate purposes such as:

• Verifying personal accounts on third-party platforms
• Protecting your privacy when registering for online services
• Development testing of applications requiring SMS verification
• Managing multiple accounts in compliance with each service's terms

4.2 Strictly prohibited uses

It is strictly forbidden to use Numlix.io for:

• Any fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful activity
• Identity theft or creating fake profiles for malicious purposes
• Spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited mass communication
• Bypassing legally mandated identity verification or security measures
• Creating accounts for scamming, fraud, or deception
• Any activity violating the terms of use of affected third-party services
• Reselling our services without prior written authorization

Any violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and wallet balance forfeiture, without refund.

5. Electronic wallet

5.1 Top-ups

The Numlix.io wallet can be topped up via the payment methods available on the platform. The minimum top-up amount is $2.00 USD.

5.2 Spending and deductions

Each virtual number purchase is debited from your wallet at the time of transaction. The price varies depending on the country and service selected. Prices are displayed in USD and updated in real time from our provider.

5.3 Refunds

An automatic refund is credited to your wallet in the following cases:

• No SMS code received within 20 minutes of number assignment
• Technical error attributable to the Numlix.io platform

Refunds are credited to the wallet only. No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method are made, except at our express discretion.

5.4 Non-refundable balance

The wallet balance is non-refundable in cash. It can only be used to purchase virtual numbers on the platform. No conversion to fiat currency is possible.

6. Pricing and billing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Prices vary based on number availability, country, service, and market conditions. Numlix.io reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time.

Displayed prices include the Numlix.io margin. Any local taxes that apply are the user's responsibility under the laws of their country of residence.

7. Service availability

Numlix.io strives to maintain maximum platform availability. However, we do not guarantee:

• Permanent and uninterrupted availability of the service
• Availability of numbers for all countries or services at all times
• SMS code reception success rates for all services

Planned or unplanned interruptions can occur for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We commit to inform users of planned interruptions where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Numlix.io is under no circumstances liable for:

• Any financial loss resulting from the use or inability to use the service
• Inability to receive an SMS code for a specific third-party service
• Suspension or closure of accounts on third-party services
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Acts or omissions of third-party number providers

The total liability of Numlix.io to a user does not exceed the amount topped up to their wallet in the preceding 30 days.

9. Intellectual property

All content on Numlix.io — including but not limited to the logo, design, texts, features, and source code — is the exclusive property of Numlix.io and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, or exploitation of any part of the platform without prior written authorization from Numlix.io is prohibited.

10. Termination

Numlix.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Detected fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Non-compliance with applicable laws
• Request from competent authorities

Users can close their account at any time by contacting our support team. The remaining wallet balance is non-refundable in case of account closure due to a Terms violation.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute relating to the use of Numlix.io is subject to the competent jurisdiction.

In case of dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably before they resort to legal action.
